Aaron T. Hicks

Aaron T. Hicks received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN graduating in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice.  Following graduation, Mr. Hicks spent the next couple of years in the business world in management, until he decided to pursue his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, graduating in 2004.  Upon passing the bar exam the same year, Mr. Hicks worked as an associate attorney at the Friestad Law Firm in San Diego, CA, where he represented many different hospitals throughout California in a variety of aspects. 

Following his employment there and immediately prior to working at the Law Offices of Virginia L. Landry, Inc., Mr. Hicks was an associate attorney at Rizio and Nelson in Santa Ana, CA, where he practiced primarily in the area of criminal defense, with some experience in personal injury.  Orange and San Diego County Criminal Defense Attorney, Aaron T. Hicks, is able to practice law within the California state courts, the United States District Court, in the Southern District. 

As a criminal defense lawyer with litigation and trial experience, Mr. Hicks is fully prepared to handle criminal cases involving violent crimes, white collar crimes, theft crimes, sex crimes, juvenile crimes, drug crimes, weapons charges, and domestic violence.  Attorney Hicks has successfully represented clients facing a variety of complex misdemeanor and felony charges.  Mr. Hicks is a fierce advocate of his clients’ rights.
